A NEW ESTATE
for the HILL FAMILY
Nestled in the agricultural scenery of Parma, Idaho, this new English Tudor estate draws deeply from old-world tradition. The design finds its inspiration in the masterworks of Edwin Lutyens and Harrie T. Lindeberg, interpreting their timeless principles within the unique landscape of Idaho's Treasure Valley. The 10,000-square-foot residence balances the clarity of classical symmetry with the dynamic tension of asymmetry that defines the picturesque English Tudor tradition.
Carefully composed facades give way to informal moments—an unexpected gable, a clustered chimney, a charming courtyard—creating the beloved rambling character of the great country houses. Stone and brick walls rise from the Idaho soil, creating intimate gardens, courtyards, and terraces that connect the house to its expansive setting. The estate honors centuries of architectural wisdom while responding to the particular qualities of place, offering the Hill family a home rooted in enduring tradition.
